Created by restauranteur Zachary Lynd in 2011, TURF was designed to create a unique hospitality experience that would both serve and honor the creative and eccentric personalities of Montauk.
Recognition and appreciation for the concept continues to grow. 2013 marks an exciting new chapter as Chef Sam Talbot leaves years of running several of NYC’s hottest restaurants to partner with Lynd and bring his mastery of local and sustainable fare straight to Ditch Plains, New York’s finest beach and surf break.
Chef Talbot’s daily menus have expanded to include breakfast, fresh juices, and a greater lunch offering. The completely local, made to order fare is everything you ever wanted to find on a summers day with your feet in the sand.
